Crew Clothing Group extends Nest Commerce brief to include search, social, creative for all brands

Crew Clothing Group has appointed Nest Commerce to support search, social and creative across all Crew brands, including Ben Sherman, Pringle, and Saltrock.

This expanded partnership builds upon Nest’s successful three-year track record managing paid social for the group. Nest will utilise its cross-channel expertise to execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, guiding all activities, providing creative content, optimising assets, and upskilling its in-house team. Nest specialises in paid media and creative, with expertise across key platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.

The strategic partnership will also see Nest’s experts deploy a sophisticated test and learn model to understand how online signals can drive both online and offline sales for the omnichannel retailer. Crucial in a year when this ambitious business is opening 20 new stores across the country.

This move comes as Crew Clothing Group experiences significant momentum in 2024, with total business sales up by 45 per cent over the holiday period compared to the previous year.

Raine Peake, who recently joined Crew as group digital director to further accelerate growth across the business, said: “After three successful years focused on paid social, we are incredibly excited to be expanding our partnership with Nest. Their creativity, passion, and vision align perfectly with our own.”

“Partnering with Crew and its iconic British brands for their next phase of growth is a fantastic opportunity,” said Luke Jonas, Chief Growth Officer of Nest Commerce. “Our expertise lies in building powerful full funnel strategies, from initial awareness right through to purchase. We’re eager to apply this to enhance Crew’s success across all their channels, both online and in-store.”
